Who we are

Michelle Call graduated Swarthmore College with a BA in Biology and University of Washington with a Masters in Teaching. She has been teaching and coaching for over 20 years. As a classroom teacher she worked in alternative education, where the majority of students were neurodivergent and previously had not gotten the support that they needed at school academically or socially. Over the course of her career in education she has seen how students can thrive given the right environment and supports and worked with students and families to identify and advocate for their needs.

Our Name

An upwelling is the movement of cold, nutrient dense water from the deep ocean to the surface. When these waters reach the surface they fuel an explosion of marine life. These forces are responsible for the flourishing marine ecosystems along the west coast of North America. At Upwelling Coaching and Support we work to uncover your strengths as we build systems that help you flourish.
